Brewery Support

1 / Hands to Help

   There are moments in the craft beer world that an extra set of hands (whether it is during busy seasons or perhaps if staff request time to holiday) may be extremely helpful in ensuring the beer makes it out to the beloved beer loving audience on time.

 

She Brews is offering a service for a day of assistance.

This could take the form of:

  • Canning day assistance

  • Bottling product

  • Catching up with packaging kegsOrganize and documentation of inventory (particularly helpful when it is tax times)

  • Cleaning/ CIPing the brewery itself

2 / Transitioning Positions

    There have been many changes for the craft industry the last few years. She Brews experience allows for aid while navigating these experiences. Whether it is help updating the brewery, if occurring staff changes, navigating Ontario liquor revisions, and many matters regarding such, are times She Brews can give insight.

This support could take the form of:

  • Ordering product and maintaining constant flow

  • Scheduling (brews, staffing, deliveries, etc.)

  • Trouble shooting previous processes and their effectiveness, etc.

1 / Staff Training 

    Example: Once a month staff training session for staff members to beer enthusiasts (possible topics could include: how beer is made, beer history/ styles, understanding the draft systems and lines, understanding off flavours in the beer, etc.). 

2 / 1 hour Informative Talk

     Is there a topic with beer that you wish to explore further and would like an outside perspective? After a consultation with Sam, you can both determine what it is wish to establish with this short interaction.

3 / Creating That Special Beer

    If you’re looking to create something new for your breweries beer list and you have some great ideas but you want to try them before making that big batch. She Brews offers a service of making these ideas come together.


Process and packages may include:
Meet and discuss concept, make one concept beer batch (includes a brew day & bottling day participation), while keeping the beer recipe.


Duration of process:
40 Days (notification of at least 2 months needed - negotiable based on availability)

The ideal scenario is as follows:

1. Meet and discuss concept

  • lunch or dinner at microbrewery (3hr)

  • without lunch/dinner; includes a one hour session - your choice of communication (phone, internet, or coffee shop)

2. Make a one concept beer batch

  • includes one brew day, one recipe & one day of bottling participation

3. Keep beer recipe [It’s Yours!]
4. Home delivery of results [On She Brews]

Duration and process cost estimate:
$1300
** Does not include: materials (hops, yeast, grain, minerals, chemicals, etc.).

** Estimate is based off travel within one hour.

    Meet and discuss concept, make concept beer batch (includes a brew day & bottling day participation), keep beer recipe, discuss and make changes to recipe, She Brews makes second adjusted recipe, enjoy final beer creation.

Duration of process: 92 Days (with a request of a notification of at least 4 months)

Education and Training

Event Assistance

1 / Tastings Events

   Created for a once a month scenario (every month exploring a new beer style: Belgian, American, German, Japanese, etc ) to 1 day interactions ( like how to taste beers, exploring beer flavours and language, etc.)

2 / Beer with Event

    An example of this would be the Stone City event with the Mushlove beer release.
Sam created a unique mushroom beer recipe for Stone, accompanied with interesting cocktail recipes (which included a training session for staff) using as many local providers as possible, combined with other entertainment. 

 

Process and package include:
    Meet and discuss concept for beer recipe and event, create budget together, try a sample of the anticipated beer for event (a given with She Brews), discuss any other wishes for the end presentation, and give assistance with any licenses that may be required.

Additional costs could include (but are not limited to):
Special event beer label, additional support or hand on day of event, any outside entertainment or food.

3 /Event & Marketing Guidance 

    If you are looking to do a special event, with an interest for the world of craft beer, She Brews has some connections and guidance to help have this transpire.
    Wether it is a personal event, like a friends buck and doe, that showcases all their favourite local craft beers on tap, to your companies staff appreciation party, She Brews will make this happen.


Requirements: A notice time of 3 months.
